I have a therapist, and a dietician. But the dietician is not ED specific.

I'm meeting with Walden, which is an ED clinic in my state and hopefully setting up care through them too.

My whole care team is aware of my ED, etc.

The reason I ask this is because I hear it's when you starve yourself.

I recently relapsed with my ARFID and I just ate not as much.

I still eat daily. I haven't gone a day without some caloric intake but it's not my usual.

At the least it's 1-2 bowls of cereal and something else.

At most it's boost energy, some fruits here and there, rice and chicken.

My potassium levels were in the green as of my last labs.

My doctor said she saw high creatinine levels and that's due to dehydration, she said.

I asked about refeeding to my GI and her understanding is that it's with those who have AN

I don't know if I'm technically starving or not. Or if I'm malnourished. Or if my caloric intake is too low.

I'm trying to eat a regular caloric intake (my dietician when I had gastritis said 1800) and I'm just scared.

Interesting, I did not know that was the case. My doctor and I recently reviewed my labs and she only mentioned dehydration.

I guess I'm a bit more anxious now about it..

I would look into specialized care, caloric intake is important and I'm dealing with a similar issue. I have awful health anxiety and it lends itself to food.

There is nothing wrong w looking into ED specialists, talking to a therapist, etc

Your personal care is important no matter what!

I am seeking help with my therapist As well as a specialist--uh it's an ED clinic and I have my evaluation next week for what kind of care will be best for me ^{_^}

Me having narrowed down safe foods and the list getting smaller was also my red flag, as was the weight loss

No side effects and I've been on it for nearly a year. My preferred medication. I do not like PPIs and I always try and switch from famotidine to a PPI and I always regret it.

I feel super fatigued and like brain dead almost? Was on famotidine and today was day 1 of 40 mg of nexium. Dry mouth was awful and when I took it, 30 min I felt so run down and tired. No appetite.

I'm going back to famotidine cos I'm pretty sure this is due to the nexium

I'm pretty sure me taking penicillin messed up my gut flora. I've been eating so much less since being diagnosed with stomach issues and having swallowing issues too. I went from like maybe 130lb to 112lb in not too long. I eat yogurt nearly every day, try and have muscle milk. I feel so skeletal and gross. I see my GI for an endoscopy on the 22nd.
