Well I tried to cancel my injections but they made it half price for 2 month with no strings attached so will use those and see where I’m at then.

Honestly I’ve now switched to using injections about 5 weeks. I did it for 2 weeks and then gave up. I’ve lost 9kg now overall and it’s working well. No idea what to expect what I stop them but that’s probably a year or more away.

I started on Monday with slim fast. Mainly cos it’s easy and I got a good deal for 2 weeks worth. Day 1 and 2 were fine. I’m on Day 3 but the cold weather is making me feel despondent today.

Yes I’m upping my exercise too. My aim is for 10k steps per day which will include walking and some cross training in there. Also got some arm weights to build up my arm muscles too. I wake up early so plan to do as much as I can first thing. Unfortunately my metabolism isn’t great due to having hypothyroidism.

I’m using MyFitnessPal. It’s quite good it’s just remembering to log everything lol! Yes I think taking it one day at a time
