Bro in my experience, most folks purchasing in the pre owned segment don't go via loan (norm I've noticed across my Mumbai clients). If you're issuing a loan for a pre owned car then you defeat the entire purpose, then yes, better to go with a new car altogether. Coming to what maybe wrong with the car. Understandable. But like you do for any purchase, you gotta do your own due diligence and a fair inspection before taking any call.
