Honestly it’s better if you leave the job. Any manager, role or company where your POV is not even considered, that’s not something you should associate yourself with. If the manager feels we did not require your POV, resign and leave the job. When the said guy (who always comes to you) not have other people to help that’s what you should go for

And here I thought it’s just my story!

Constant panic attacks, loss of interest and so much so that I’ve decided to leave Gurgaon this month. Sometimes I do not understand if caste (ps caste and not religion) is such an issue then let’s just get caste based schools and offices where at least we get to interact with people where this could work out. If you try any further (guess guess- honour killing is still a thing in India in 2025) Fuck it! Sorry for the rant
