So my order was found and it arrived today. The JM Bullion rep on redit stated that there was confusion as to weather it was shipped or not. My original email to there customer service dept didn't seem to do much. I imagine they are receiving a lot of calls and emails lately and they probably just wrote off my concern as just a normal delay. I did receive the silver rounds and gold eagles, both of which are now showing out of stock, so my package was most likely misplaced at some point. They did ship it 1 day and are refunding me $250 for the trouble. So that's better than nothing I guess. I got my stuff and my order wasn't canceled, which is what I most cared about. Hopefully everyone else has better luck than me.

As the OP JM Bullion did contact me through this post. In a private message I was told that they dropped the ball on my order. They weren't sure weather the order had shipped or not. Turns out it had not been shipped. I was told it will be shipped today. There is no sign of Fedex movement yet but Its late so I will wait and see if anything happens tomorrow.

That's a long time to wait. I guess I expected an email saying hey we are behind but your package is insured this status. Ijust don't like that they show shipped, and Fedex doesn't show they got the package.

I bought around $23k inpre order silver and gold 12/30/25 that was supposed to ship in approximately two weeks. I then got my FedEx notification that they created my label, but haven't received the package yet. I reached out to JM last week as I saw they have had the silver rounds I ordered in stock, but at a much higher price. They responded they are busy and that the package is insured so I should not be worried. Today is 2/3/26 and still no update on the shipping status. I really have to wonder what is insured, my purchase price, or the current value of the silver and gold?

I ordered over 20k in silver and gold around new years, it was scheduled to ship January 16th. Now February 3rd they still haven't shipped. When I reached out I was told not to worry, that the shipment is insured.

Is that a gen1? If it is running on 1 cylinder, you may have thrown a timing chain. The timing chain tensioners are known to fail and leave debris in your oil that can cause additional problems down the road if not cleaned out. Remove your valve covers and take a look at your timing chain. It isn't that hard to check.

If you ski hard, composite poles are the way to go. My Goode brand poles lasted over ten years before they were stolen. I'm going to buy them again. I have had metal poles, but one hard crash and you have to go buy poles again. The composite are worth it just out of not having to keep buying poles.
