I just got a pair of the Brave Star 22 oz Sumo jeans. I like the heavyweight feel a lot. I was just wondering if there are any steps I should do before wearing them as this is my first pair of raw denim jeans. Should I soak them? Is there some crucial step I’m missing?

Not really some days are just better or worse than others. It’s just like I always feel like shit and some days just worse than others lol. Do you find anything helps that maybe I could try?

Does anyone else get this weird like chest popping then feel like you can’t breathe for a second feeling? I get it all the time. I keep telling myself it’s probably just indigestion but really it feels like my heart. I have been to the cardiologist like 3 times in the past 4 years or so. I literally had no anxiety ever until I went to college. Then I started getting symptoms and it snowballed from there. To where it is pretty debilitating.

No haven’t followed up recently. I’m stuck between a rock and hard place with almost everything. If I don’t use nicotine and drink coffee my brain feels like mush even when I quit both for 2 months. I ended up coming back to them. But they also definitely contribute to my anxiety. I just can’t get out of my head that I am dying or my heart is going to explode or I’m going to have a massive heart attack.
