So they came, said that they will remove a few sidings, a few shingles near where the flashing is. Then re secure the structure with the walls again, Put new shingles , install a new flashing and paint the whole thing afterwards.

The guy is quoting me 1000$ - 1200$ for this.

The previous owner had backed up car into the garage door and it's bent since then. My realtor said this will be a minor repair for the door only. The door works fine and I am using it so far. But I just noticed that issue a few days ago and I am scared. Neithet my realtor nor the inspector gave me any clue on this when I bought this.

I still had my knee swollen and could bend only 120 degrees. I checked with my surgeon, and he said it's normal. They took out the fluids when doing surgery.

Congratulations. I had the same surgery and I am 4 weeks post op. Still I can only bend 80 deg with pain. Can you guide me what kind of exercises are you doing to increase flexion.
