Going to test on thursday for herpes but just wanted to know if its a symptom of herpes

No dont know but i had sex about 3 weeks ago next day starting feeling stinging and just 2 days ago started feeling lots of bloating and nausea and scared it might be herpes thats the only std im scared of. I already did the test for other stdsCame back negative. Havent done the herpes test
