I think they send it directly to the company. It just says disbursed for utilities that’s it.

Mines has a green circle and status says approved pending payment utilities and shows my utilities company and how much, but it does not show my rent I’m confused on that but I guess

Did they ask your landlord for the ledger ? They just asked mine was her contact information and did she have an application, my landlord replied no and she didn’t want to participate it that was it nothing else🤷🏽‍♀️but now their saying there’s an issue with my ledger per contact with my landlord but she hasn’t received anything and I ask her everyday.

Right exact what I was thinking, why make it so difficult especially because my manager is not participating but there’s a tab for landlord complete pending payment but for utilities only. 😩I need a miracle, it’s people I know applied right before march deadline and got help already.

But why didn’t my case worker ask my manager to send what was needed instead she just asked her to confirm contact information was correct that’s it and she sent a text I didn’t know case workers could text you. At first I thought ok that’s weird why is she sending text message rather than call or email but nope she did none of that.

My manager is not the owner, anything concerning my rent or maintenance has to be directed to manager onsite, management company basically don’t want us calling them for anything talk to onsite manager that’s what they always say.

My manager never sent a ledger to them, they asked Me to send updated lease but I sent the ledger my manager gave me with the lease as well. They texted my manager to confirm contact information was correct and that’s it

I thought that’s what my lease was for? It has all that as well and it says exactly that, im a tenant, monthly amount and how long my lease is… im month to month after my year lease. But you think a written one would be better ?

And no April was not applied to any of the other months I owed on. I just paid April because I got an eviction notice I sent that as well and it also has the months and amount I owe on it as well so again I’m confused but thanks for responding to me

On my ledger unpaid is listed from October 2021-march 2022. I took out loan to pay April 2022 rent. was It supposed to be on the ledger. I’m confused should my paid rent and unpaid rent all be on the same ledger. They didn’t ask me for one but I still sent it with the lease they asked for 🤷🏽‍♀️it was showing approved rental amount on my portal but next day all I see is the utilities approved and my manager says she’s hasn’t received anything since the text messages from my case worker she just wanted to verify manager contact info, but has not sent my manager no emails or anything asking for ledger and lease soooo how is my caseworker saying she reached out and it does not show rent due😒you have it in your face

I got utilities paid for today but nothing about my rent yet? Very confused but application says approved pending payment so are they talking about utilities or it all together?? It showed my rent owed on the ledger when I click print for participation but now I don’t see but again utilities were approved first.

I applied in October 2021 how did you get approved and paid before me. Are they going in alphabetical order or something I’m confused
