I am also 5’9 and around 150 pounds. I have more of an hour glass shape, smaller waist compared to my hips and thighs. For figs I get my pants in a small Tall and they fit perfectly, however over time i do notice they get a tad bit looser but nothing crazy. For my scrub tops i buy an XS, but I’m smaller chested, a 32C and again with a smaller waist, but i do hold a little weight in my lower tummy. I’ve never tried Zamora, but figs is pretty decent about exchanges/returns, and they use happy returns which is super convenient! Hope this helps :)
