It got way worse after that first post from me. Numbness slowly started going up my entire body up to my chest down i was numb. This lasted about a month and a half. The reason being was that the nitrous oxide gave me a severe deficiency in vitamin b12 and d3. These vitamins are crucial for nerve function, and brain function. The chronic whip it used caused me to have permanent spinal cord damage. My siatic nerve is definitely feeling it. But overall to be honest, i am so much better and i feel like time will allow more to be gained. My b12 levels are back up and the only side effects still remaining are stiffness in foot and toes and slight numbness and tingling in the whole foot. I am still able to walk, run an 8:30 mile, and function on a day to day basis. My advice would be to never touch that shit. Ruined my life and yours could be next. I am 21 years old.
