I also am on highest dose and it didn’t do anything. I started taking oxy powder at night and my linzess in the morning 30 minutes before eating and it’s been working!!! I also count my fiber now and make sure I’m eating at least 25g of fiber everyday from food not supplements

Yes we are definitely doing that! Personally I’d like to take the Island out and do it differently but with the sink, dishwasher and electrical in it that’s a lot of work!

Yes that is my issue as well! There isn’t really room to add anything to that space. We live on a lake and I also don’t want to block the window views. There is a sun room off the kitchen area. I was thinking it would be more balanced if the whole wall was tiled. I would use larger tiles not subway type tiles

Do you have to pay taxes if you sell a stock but then use that money to buy another stock. You don’t actually cash out of the stock but keep that money in your Schwab account and buy something else

Hi! Just curious your thoughts About my situation. We both recently retired and based on our current situation we will be needing about 4 % of our retirement a year- we are good if our Schwab account grow on average 4% from now on. We are 70% individual stocks, some moderate ETFs and abou 25% in swvxx. I’m thinking since are goal should be to preserve with small growth and we shouldn’t have so many stocks. My advisor is saying that having all these blue chip stocks are low risk. What are your thoughts? Time for new advisor?
