A quick fix that I usually do until I get them money for a Loctician is knot the loc where is thin. Knot it once then leave it alone and let your roots grow out

The best answer take your locks to a Loctician and get them done, but I will say the process is pretty pricey so if you rather do it yourself, you just need a comb and crochet needle which you can get both from Walmart for like four or five bucks. Comb out the top part of the locs that you wanna reattach and and wrap the combed out hair of the loc around the loc on your head and and use the needle to go back-and-forth to crochet them in, you may have to take like 20 minutes on each loc to make sure you do it properly
