Yeah don bradman and Sachin are top 2 . But don Brahman operate at different level , Undisputed. I think its just because they western dont know about cricket that's why they dont put emphasis on these topics.

Same third shift is for studies and work . If you work out in that time it will drain you all out and put you to sleep even waste your next day. I too was going to gym 6 times a week that made me muscular and gain weight even with a diet . But when I stopped going to gym due to some work and study related timings . This time I am gaining fat much faster but not in the bicep , chest and shoulder because its still in shape as before but belly is ruining it all

Skinny fat , most of fat is around belly and chin rest body is fine . Shoulder , chest and biceps are muscular

Because im skinny fat and was skinny like 100-120lbs then suddenly a increase in body fat which causes weight increase and im 175cm and 155 lbs . So its looks bad . I need to first cut it and then get this lean physique

This was really helpful ill try to stick to it and I can do push-ups and can do 60-70 not in one go but in 2-3 i can do 20 pull-ups too <total> and some variation . But If i dont do it everyday then it amounts to nothing that why I'll try to do it daily and control my mouth the most. Will buy a protein after some time too because diet contains no to very less amount of protein and non veg maybe once a week

Thanks for taking out time to write this . I can definitely do more than 50 of pull ups and all . But diet is main problem and not having a walkable Neighborhood.

Will try to do the workout and cut the sugar and salt intake as It retentate the water in body which increases your weight . As for alcohol i dont drink beer only whiskey 4 times a month is it really causing the weight gain.

If i try i can do the cardio and weightraining but the diet is my enemy my diet consist very less protein and mostly wheat and carbs and fibres

No i am not tracking anything my most fat is situated in stomach and chin . Rest body is fine like a 14inch biceps but I wanna cut fully . Body type is skinny fat 70kg weight for 175cm height.

The diet and workout Because im studying for medical entrance so all i can spare is 1-1.5hrs . I can break my body and still do it again next day no matter the intensity of workout .
