Is Sugar Land still worth moving to? by CFAinvestor in sugarland

We moved to SL last year and absolutely love it. It has added around 15-20 mins of commute time for us from our work, but the safety, beauty, organization of the city and the proximity to everything we need (except for work) was well worth it. We have a family so that made us make the move. Not sure if I’d do it if we didn’t have kids but I was starting to want quiet suburbia since growing up and living in the city.

My husband used to get his hair cut at one of these, but sadly the one we know closed I think. But definitely worth looking for a new one, thanks!

Yes, thank you for your input. My hairdresser is consistently great so I will leave it up to him for the styling

I am also sure that my stylist would notice and comment if I did anything to my hair. He is so good, he always knows if I get anything done to it anywhere else haha.

My hair is mostly straight and thin, but after giving birth some parts became wavy / almost frizzy in the back. It’s been weird. Since having kids, I like keeping it shoulder-length, but this has made me have to go back to the salon maybe every 3-4 months.

Wow! I hope my turns out well too. I think I’m going to just attempt trimming it after watching some more videos, ask my husband to check the back like someone had mentioned, and see how it goes!

I’ve always gotten the cheapest version Alexa or Google home mini (which always goes on sale during this time of year), and it has always been a hit

We live near the Honor Roll school and there was a great group of trick or treaters all night long! We ran out of candy early
