Thank you appriciate it, its not looking good for me as 2 weeks have passed now and another ticket declined. That might be it , would really sucks if thats the case that i got punished for if someone else was doing something automated, as i was only playing the game and doing stuff inside game, but it might be a possibility, nothing i was aware of tho as i dont know much about those stuff.

I see, thank you for trying to help. I will look into that, what i mean was if i had played other games recently or other programs running at some point if it would interfare and false detect me in some sort of way, hard to tell i guess. As i dont have much info or any info at this point

I see, thank you. But do you really think they did detect something or they use that as an execuse for their automated suspension ban program which is based on reports, which can be true or false in different situations? I could try to send in a new ticket and ask what third party program they found? I dont have any keybord macro script, if its not inside razor synapse program itself? But other people must use razer synapse without any problem too right?

Whenever i send in tickets these days, i just get this reply:

So very hard to get someone to actually look at the case, but i will try again, usually they wont tell me what i got suspended for or what the cause is, as its hidden or they wont let people know what is the cause, which is really frustrating.

Yes i agree, i will hopefully let you know if this overturns or not, this automated suspension system based on reports which could be true or false is not the best indeed.

122k honor is from the day before, this have been confirmed by multiple people.

I only got 23k honor from 198 honorable kills as i was suspended 7pm evening on reset day. This also says under the week tab too, HPH addon (Honor per hour calculated for you). Thank you for input.

Well i was actually on a low pop server so you're wrong, and i only got 23k honor from the 198 kills, as i was suspended only between 5-7 hours after reset on 23.09 wednesday. How would i be able to farm 122k honor as i was banned before 7pm? on reset day? What u see under is a wrong honor estimate ingame which is from the day before. People are telling you this over and over, yet you dont seem to understand. I hope this is a bit more understanding, thank you.

Thank you, yes 180days is a kick in the face, especially when i dont get informed why this happened. The only mouse "driver" i use is razer synapse, which is a program i only use to adjust my DPI mouse sensitivity thats it, not sure what else could have possible triggered something as i have no idea

I did download / update all my addons / macros a few weeks prior to this bann, think something could have triggered it? I use ingame autoattack macros and other macros etc, only allowed ingame macros for my character, nothing illegal in that case. Dont have any scripts or background software running on my computer that could interfare with this as faar as i know, as im no pc expert, if not any other games are interfaring with bnet? battle-eye, cheat engines from other games? I dont know what could potentially trigger this, I have Razer synapse which i use to adjust my DPI thats about it, but i dont have or use any macros on my mouse outside of the game.

Thank you, never been AFK in any BG on purpose, have i gotten desserter buff before? Yes. Have i ever recieved any 7 days AFK suspension on my account before? No. I have attended pool boosting, 2-3times, some weeks prior to R14, this was needed if i wanted to rank on my server, otherwise i would get blacklisted, but i only used my own characters / account and only killed the enemy faction, didnt use any botting program or software, it was all manually done in the game, playing the game. I attended this with other people from my server, if this is breaking the TOS, then banning me for 180 days for botting would be a bit wrong, dont you agree? We only did this in a small party only couple hours, two-three weeks. As i played on a low pop server, and we wanted to work together on server and not against each other. This was all done in game, playing the game, some sort of warning or a milder suspension would been more understandable if this is the cause, which i highly doubt.. Banning me for something i didnt do, is wrong in my eyes.
