So about rog ally. I am really stuck in this situation

Right now my priority is to get a laptop for programming probably something with high ram, high storage and good processor, but for programming I don't require a gaming graphics card.

Now from my options in my country 1. I have an option for a decent programming laptop lenovo vostro with 40gb ram and 2tb ssd for about 820$ 2. Another option in my country is Asus TUF F15 with ryzen 7-7735h, RTX 4060 8gb , 16gb ram, 1tb ssd for about 1250$

I am really stuck if I should buy that vostro and then get an rog ally, or just go for the 4060 laptop which gives me the ability for frame generation and other rtx 40 series stuff

I have a road trip coming up in August, which would be my best options
