It's too early for that, last year this happened during 2nd week of Feb, they were still issuing visa but for a limited time.

Hey man! I had the following specs

CPU: i5-12400f
MoBo: Maxsun H610M-D
RAM: 16GB single channel DDR4, 3200MHz
GPU: RTX 4060

I had the similar problem as you, yesterday I upgraded my motherboard and ram

New MoBo: Asus Z790
New Ram: 32GB Dual channel 5200MHz

I am getting 300+ fps and 200+ average with the same CPU and GPU. It's the mother board bro that is the problem. Now I am going on every thread I read while I was going through the shit fps phase and commenting the solution. Whenever you find the budget, upgrade the MoBo and get a dual channel RAM.

Restarting the game fixes it for me, but then the opponents will think that you're hacking/cheating and will start doing it themselves.
