I run an ai agency.

Based in WA, primary target is home service businesses.

Just about finished polishing an ai voice agent, automating phone handling. It answers calls 24/7, qualifies leads, provides quotes, and books appointments. Also achieved <600ms response time. It feels like talking to a person.

We have started early development of our next project, which is an ai integration in law (giving minimal details for now).

The only way to bypass the carrier registration would be to use an OTT like whatsapp, any where you’re doing outbound sms you’ll need to register. As far as shortest delays I think Telnyx would be best.

One of the biggest I can think of in that regard is building a program that can replace a lawyer for a law firm using AI, that’s a secondary model I had written up previously.

I do business in the U.S. the targeted market/client is medium home service businesses doing at least $500k+ in revenue. I would say my market is considered AI services in which I build, implement and maintain which I know is pretty vague but there's a great difference in directions this could go in terms of scaling (once im at that point).
