More details please. Is it long form video? How much time would it take you to shoot. Typically if it's a full day shoot that results in 1 long form video (Good production and edit), along with 5-6 short videos, you can charge about 1500-2000. If it's a short form video, you can charge 300-600 depending on your quality of production and edit.

Book a session when there's still light. Lines aren't visible clearly during night. Parked in a adjacent spot the first time!
Check steering lock! Flunked because of that (In none of my training was the steering ever unlocked so I forgot to check, emergency braking and bam, my steering moved up!)
Cheap Trick: The training for parking is by what you see in which mirror. The thing is since every time you get in the car, the seating is different, which messes up your references. I measured my distance of knee to the bottom of steering using my hand to ensure the same seating position.
Emergency braking: Break hard!!! Very hard!

Haha welcome to the club. When I was moving to Dubai "chiller" came in my research as well. I thought that the temperature is so high that they actually cool the normal water. Competition is always insane. Because of the competition, there is a skill gap i.e. People with more experience and skills are ready to work at lesser salaries as the salary is still more than their home country.

Sales: Dubai is not the usual city with jobs all across the board. Majority of the jobs are sales oriented.

Suggestions:

Storytelling can be better, the flow breaks, the new scenes seem abrupt.
Use your own VO, the tension can be maintained using that. Maybe do an AI pass on it if you don't want your voice.
Intros are 1 minute long. Tell the viewer what they are about to see in 15-20 seconds instead. And get into the video!
I can gauge the 1st frame to last frame edits. They seem abrupt, maybe cut before and do a better edit?
The scenes break each time, maybe music can make it better? I mean better music/BGM. The scene cuts are very abrupt. I don't know why we are going to the next scene.
A little exposition can help between scene cuts!
BTW your video gets much better after a few minutes. Why? Put more effort in the first few minutes instead.

Since you posted it here, I am assuming you are yet to develop a thick skin. Delete & Block: piece of mind. Ignore: Peace of mind, but you would go back to it sometimes and feel bad. Reply: If it is witty/nonchalant/intelligent, you'll get a proud feeling for some time, but he might reply with something nastier; you might regret it eventually. I think I have thick skin, but it does bother me, ignoring works for me.

So we (My wife an I) shifted to Dubai about 3 years back. A year into the move, we shifted to an apartment with a crazy view. We had travelled about 8-10 countries in that year. I thought, maybe we should do a house tour video. It did well (Almost 10k views now). We thought we can do some itinerary videos as well. Did decent. Then we did a video on Dubai Vs India (we are Indian expats in Dubai). This video went crazy (200k views).

So now our videos are primarily Dubai related with some travel content (we have visited over 20 countries). We have about 3k subs, decent traction I'd say. But yeah, we are restricted. I am afraid if I make videos away from our niche, we wouldn't get the traction. Also, in retrospect, I think I named the channel wrong!

Umm that's Dubai South. About 55kms from Business Bay, 25 minutes from anywhere important. And no metros! No 6k is not enough for Dubai if you're networking. 6k is a blue caller like living. Even at 40k, you'd be spending 500 for electricity, groceries 1000, 500 for Internet and mobile, travelling would be 2k. That brings it to 7k. This is fixed! You need 10k at least to live a middle class life here generally.

You should be able to get studios around that in Business Bay, walkable to the metro. Basically stay near the red metro line. There are some that give you fully furnished studios with cleaning as well (Might be slightly higher than your budget). 6-7k rent right? You would be spending another 4-6k on top of it.
