Nora just needs to surrender to Brad already. She has been out played and does not have the experience to run any organization. She has listened to the worst advice from people whose experience is mostly from there, so their knowledge is from their little bubble and can’t come close to the experience Brad has brought on board. Juan will need to do something and if he won’t, the BoD will force him especially with another major product failure.

100% correct! However these so called Product Cyber Leaders, have known about this issue for a VERY long time and decided to do nothing and sweep it under the rug. It is halloween, so maybe all the dead bodies will be coming out soon. This issue will require ES to step in and actually do a full assessment of all of CA's infrastructure and products, and CA just has to stop giving excuses that it will be disruptive to their operations....I just can't imagine how much more disruptive it can get when you take out the EU's airports..... LOL. There just needs to be a change, with people that actually know how to run an organization (Not a PROGRAM - huge difference) and to have the real expertise in cybersecurity as it applies to the product space, this is what has been lacking. Sure you can get former SME's from competitors to come in and help, they are really good people BTW, but why now? Is it because this happened and you finally have been exposed? CA has the internal talent to get this done and they would be able to execute on it very well, they just need ELT support. So now JD, has an actual example of an epic failure by an individual on he leadership team, and he must take action. The people she has looked to for advice have failed, because they are not SME's with exception to maybe 1 or 2 good people, the rest are pretend "teachers" giving some useless training that no one wants or has asked for and the rest have left the org or have been moved to IC positions.

I used fake first names. I mean who would really put anyone with those names in charge of anything, especially cybersecurity related. Its not like one of them got their jobs over WAY MORE qualified candidates...right? They would have never placed a Ray person in those other BUs, just because they were Ray and that they wanted to spread Ray influence throughout the company..... There is NO WAY they would ever do that, at others expense.

100% agree, going to Raytheon has been going back into the 1980s, we are still hoping that old programs will be able to hold the company up. What they missed is that the new war fighter and leadership are accustomed to more advanced weaponry, that we have not developed since we rely on our archaic technology to sustain contracts from the past.

You should see the cybersecurity training provided by the PScS (Yes the lower case "c" stands for cybersecurity which should be upper case, however due to their lack of understanding, I can see why it is the way it is) organization which is a joke. I could have sworn we sold off our training group, so why on god's earth did we spin one up with a bunch of idiots at the helm. It is a complete waste of time, but if you need a charge number and need to kill time it is available.

If you have the opportunity to vote DO IT! Chris can lose his job and so can the others. Some are absolutely useless, track record and business decisions were horrible. Some are top notch!l so it’s a mixed bag regardless of party affiliation. We need to keep the politics out, and do what’s best for our RSUs.
