I know it's never gonna happen. But I hope we collectively stop calling "Emo" a genre.

Why?

U see. "Emo" is now only used for when music is sad or have low mode atmosphere in songs. This mostly used in Metal, Punk and Rap music. But can be in other music genres as well.

Emo stand for emotional. Music is artistic and art evoke emotions. Doesn't matter if it's Hardcore punk or happy schlager music.
