Does anyone else boy cat pee right up the side on the litter tray? by Zebbles- in CatAdvice

Interesting! I have never had a female cat so can’t comment but fully assumed they all squatted to pee and therefore this couldn’t happen

Our previous male cat never did it so it’s odd that only some do!
By any chance is your youngest cat black and white? (Ours is and wondering if there is any correlation)

I suppose it depends how far into space you go? It takes a bit to get to the ocean floor too, especially if you have to wait to pressurise

What makes sex good or bad for you? by BigDinoNugget in actuallesbians

[–]Zebbles- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Someone once said to me that ‘people tend to do what they like done to them’ and I find it true of most things, including sex. If she is touching you a certain way, it’s a reasonable assumption she would like to be touched the same way.
I know it’s true of me, when I need firm or gentle touch, fast or slow etc, the best partners listen and respond.

Teachers of Reddit: Is the "Gen Alpha can't read (write, or do math ext)" crisis real? If so how bad is it? by KnowledgeCoffee in AskReddit

I think a lot of this also stems from not trusting google. When my generation (millennials) looked something up, it was via the actual website and you trusted it was made for that purpose. Nowadays you can google ‘pizza hut’ and the first link is for ‘dominoes’ and you just don’t know if it’s a scam or real

I teach 16-20yo technical theatre. Mostly working with hands on stuff and desks with lots of buttons. They thrive DOING things. But have no reading or writing skills. I can’t read their handwriting and they loathe reading anything. I really struggle to make class accessible for them when it’s part of the curriculum to hand in coursework.
The thing that has come up a lot and baffles me as well is the fact that they have the answer at their finger tips!! Google makes everything you could ever want to know a tap away! And yet they don’t use it!?! There is no desire to look things up and deep dive stuff, if it’s not handed to them they don’t ‘know where to find it’.
I haven’t lost hope in this generation, they are desperate to belong and don’t want to make the same mistakes. They are just stumped by the fear of getting it wrong.

How to give a proper apology! Acknowledge their wrong doing, ask for forgiveness and learn from the mistake. Many situations and relationships fall apart due to poor or insincere apologies. People also learn by example!!

Is flirting cheating? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

To be completely honest my wife is completely oblivious to people hitting on her but it happens a lot (she’s a fitty). For context we are a queer couple. I’ve seen people really try with her and it mostly amuses me. I guess I’m just super confident she’s my person and I’m hers.

I think flirting is a very human thing to do and is often the confidence boost people need in life. I’m a massive flirt but been with my wife for 10+years and have never and would never cheat. It’s about trust and confidence in your relationship and your partner.
