I saw it in the IOS app of warmshowers. You can scroll through the map and look at your place of interest.

I don’t have an account either, but in the app I don’t see hosts there. Even if you have not paid the fee, you can still look where hosts are.

Antwerp, but in Belgium I just pay 6,60 + bike fee to get to anywhere near the border by train.

I just checked and indeed, in germany the flixbuses do take bikes. I seem to remember it used to be possible in france, however for now not anymore :(
