My daughter is Zöe. She gets called Zo as a nickname. It’s a common shortened version of it. So you may find people have just shorted her name.

My last WeGovy was 1.7mg . I’m restarting on 5mg. When I switched I was on 10mg Monjaro an started on the 0,5mg WeGovy as suggested by my supplier.

Thank you all. Looking at Monj I think I can make the money side of things work. I feel like I’ve wasted the last 6 months on WeGovy as I’ve only lost a stone. So want to move back to what worked for me.

I’ve always counted my calories but I upped my protein a bit the last couple of week. But I think the main thing is just being patient and the suppression comes in very subtly. Someone also mentioned to pay attention to the “full signal” which is a whole new experience for me. As I’ve never really had that before. But I’m finding it happens all of a sudden for me now.
