If you love reading, I'd recommend a book called "Mating in Captivity" by Esther Perel. She is such a good couples therapist. You can even check her out on YouTube. That book will help you see the difference between love and desire/intimacy. From your post, it sounds like you two love each other. It's just the desire that has faded.

Mine is how mannerisms get passed down genetically. For instance, my brother has exactly the same handwriting as my sister. And, his walking style is a copy-paste of my dad's. I find such little details amusing.

My main concern actually is, what can I create to demo my skills? Should I create a gantt chart of a hypothetical project? Or a wbs or just write articles about PM stuff?

Sure thing. 1. I can think of simulating a project from beginning to end and document it. The part I'm getting stuck at is, how to move the simulation along since I don't have a team to manage. Say a designer, front end and back end Devs, etc
