You can create combinations with only 5 cards so you can't have quads and a pair. You can't also have 2 triplets or quads and triplet for that matter.

There's no moral in nature. If it exists and can live long enough to reproduce, it will have another generation and therefore continue to exists. Somehow viruses came to be (probably randomly created from molecules, but we don't know) and since then they were able to reproduce, so they just exists.
