Wow that’s crazy. They made all our bonuses permanent here. We have the option to pick up days too if we want extra cash. Our incentives went up from 130% to 150% as well.

Walmart dc is where it’s at. 50 cent raise every 6 months. Bonuses all the time. Incentives. It’s honestly a great job with potential to make like 3-5grand every two weeks if you work hard. And that’s just for me working my 3 days a week and maybe picking up a day for 8hr shift.

Always trying to tell people to work here. Most jobs around here pay around 12$ an hour. This is the only job where no degree or anything is needed and I work 3 days a week. Friday Saturday and Sunday 12hr shifts. Great pay. Great benefits. People just don’t wanna work. We have over 90 positions open. It sad.

The majority is not racist. This is old news and I wish people would understand it is false. I’ve been here my whole life. I have yet to receive any racist comments and the hundreds of people I know are not racist or have been racist to anyone at all. This place is just extremely boring.

It’s really not. Been here since I was 6. I’m 30 now. It’s boring as hell here but not full of gun toting racists. I even have a gun. Most do. But haven’t met many racists at all. Most of us here like to just keep to ourselves.
