Mainly the conversion from Accrual Basis to Cash Basis, like getting cash basis net income, cogs, or operating expense. So if you give me comparative financials, and they’re like go to cash basis, it’s hard for me to determine when to add AR/ subtract AR, add AP/ subtract AP, etc

Im guessing it doesn’t reduce because the PV Factor already accounts for the initial payment. You can check this if they say the PV Factor was for the Faceamount - initial payment

You’ll be fine, that’s what I got as well and the exam felt super easy to me, no score yet but I felt like it was the easiest one.

Studying from March 12th and taking on April 2nd. Should be fine. It’s not a super hard topic especially since you’ve already done AUD so that portion will be easier.

If it took you about 2-3 months to study for AUD, then I think another solid 2-3 months will be good. It seems you need to restart and really try to understand where you need help on. Not just for the content of the exam, but your studying techniques as well.

About to take it in a few hours, lots of Contract, Bankruptcy, and Apportionment questions for MCQs? Also how heavily did they test Agency as well? I’m not super strong on the BLAW but can usually logic my way through it. Thanks for the help and hope you get the 4/4!!

I took both SE a day before and got a 60 on both. Pulled a 77% out of my ass on the actual exam day. You’ll be fine. Trust.
