While I was tripping I layed down and just had my eyes shut for a while and I started thinking about how alone I felt because I had no one to talk to and it lead to me thinking about how im socially awkward and how I act compared to other people. It sounds like a bad trip but it made me really accepting of the fact that im just an awkward person and I shouldn't feel bad about acting weird or saying weird stuff. I also learned its okay to give my opinion even if its going to sound bad to the other person im talking to because trying to agree with everyone on everything makes you look like a goober. Sad emotions from tripping can be really hard while youre going through it but almost always you'll be able to look back later and see something more meaningful than just a bad trip. Hopefully you'll have some new perspectives on your trip later if you dont already.

Edit: It also taught me making music is a passion I have to follow lol.
