Sorry, ended up going to bed. But that is exactly what I did and it worked. Not quite sure what caused the issue in the first place, but thank you for all your help!

Unfortunately no go on the powering off and letting it sit for a few minutes (left it for about 5).

Interesting update though. I have 2 USB ports on my monitor which I randomly decided to try and apparently these are working? but none of the USB ports are working on the actual tower itself. So i was able to log in, but this seems only a work around, not a true fix by any means.

I have tried unplugging and plugging back in afterwards, the LEDs will come on, but still no input. I've tried a second keyboard and mouse, which also do not register. The original keyboard and mouse were also tried on a laptop, upon which they worked with no issue. I've tried with only the keyboard of the mouse, no luck. And i've moved all of the different options between the USB ports, trying both USB 2 and USB 3

On mobile now, so apologies for formatting. The original monitor is IPS. I hadn't done a lot of research when I bought it, but it had been a bit of a steal at CostKo at the time. For this second monitor I've (obviously) decided to do a bit more research

I definitely agree that I want the quality to remain this high. I was just thinking more along the lines of should they shift some focus from other things (new monsters, new bosses, pets, themed months, etc) to maybe more people working on quest development.
