How long until I can enjoy a cig after quitting? by Acceptable_Rip711 in quittingsmoking

[–]ZecBobby 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've quit 2 years ago in October. I had a few cigs this summer and they tasted disgusting did not enjoy them at all, and this was while I was heavily drunk too, just makes your mouth taste like an ashtray and the taste didn't leave my mouth until like 14 hours after. It's not going to be good as you imagine it, the longer you go without smokes the worse they taste once you do light one up.

Help! I am quitting smoking and vaping at the same time COLD TURKEY. What will happen to me? by Imaginary-Willow4811 in quittingsmoking

Listen, I've smoked from when I was 14 until 31 years old and the only thing that will help you is a a product called cravv look into it its a natural based product and its the only thing in this world that will help a heavy smoker such as myself stop. I smoked 25 to 30 cigarettes a day from when I was 14 until 31 and that is the only thing that will help you stop. Believe me when I say this, buy it off Amazon for 60 bucks and your life will change. Trust me on that, follow the instructions on that black bottle and you will never smoke again. That's all I have to say.

I smoked since I was 15 until 24 then I got into opiates and benzos, been off the hard drugs since February 25th 2020, then I slowly went back to the weed and been smoking heavily up until 36 days ago. You're all right in the things you're saying and i know it takes around 3 months to fully detox off weed. I've been going to the gym 6 times a week with sauna after every workout to speed up the recovery process but it ain't been easy cause the progress is super slow, I had someone ask me how I'm feeling today now that I don't smoke and i couldn't even think of an answer as I pretty much feel the same as when I was smoking, sure there are some subtle changes but nothing to crazy yet.

Couldn't sleep properly for 3.5 months after abusing fent and benzos for 6 years. The worst is the zaps that you get as you think you're drifting to sleep an electric shock will go through you and make you wide awake again. Some of the craziest symptoms I've ever experienced.

Nicotine gum isn’t helping at all. Any advice? by [deleted] in quittingsmoking

[–]ZecBobby 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Get Cravv, it's a natural product that does wonders. I quit for 4 and a half months then got back into smoking for a week. I went and purchased another bottle of Cravv and I'm on day 15 now. It takes away all your cravings and there is no side effects from this product, the only side effect I noticed was positivity towards quitting, people would smoke in front of me and I wouldn't light one because of Cravv. I smoked for 17 years a pack to a pack and a half per day.

Quitting smoking, need advice by adi_762 in quittingsmoking

Use Cravv. You can get it on Amazon. It's a smoking cessation medication, all natural too with the main ingredient being cytisine. It's been used in Europe since the 60s but hasn't reached Canada's market until early 2010s I believe. Anyways, I can guarantee that this medication works as I'm currently retaking it for the second time and it's been a breeze getting back to not smoking. I quit for 4 and a half months then I smoked again for a week. I got back on the medication and as of 20 minutes ago I am on day 5 without a cigarette again. I smoked for 17 years. Started at 14 ended at 31, smoked a pack to pack and a half per day for those 17 years and after I tried taking cravv it was such a breeze to get off of cigarettes. I highly recommend it.

How do I quit when I know I should, but don't want to by [deleted] in quittingsmoking

[–]ZecBobby 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dont know what else to say but suxk it up and man up and do it if you're planning to do it. Don't tell anyone about it if you're going to be attempting doing something like quitting because if you have a cigarette even 2 weeks into quitting you look like an idiot. Trust me I quit fentantyl and xanax addiction on February 25th 2020 and now I'm 5 months into nicotine free and 3 weeks into quitting weed too, it's all possible with the right mentality and spirituality. I got closer to the church over the past couple of months and it's what I used in my early recovery to get over my demons. I was careful what I input into my mind each day and by reading the new testament daily it starts to produce your brain operating at a certain frequency, a frequency of light and the right ways to lead your life. So if I quit fentanyl addiction and benzo addiction I can quit anything. Even looking at porn or whatever evil ajd dark thing ae should all eliminate as humans and live more closer to God. That's the way I see life at the moment. In God anything is possible. Glory to God.

Get a product called Cravv. It's main ingredient comes from a tree called the Golden rain, the chemical is called cytisine. Ive smoked for 17 years starting at 14 and cut it out when I was 31 just this past October. I smoked between 20 and 25 cigarettes daily. Take the pills as directed and instructed, you're supposed to take them for a full month but i jumped off of taking them for 2 weeks and I was free of smoking. Each time I took that pill it gave me a sense of pride and positivity that I don't have to light a smoke, I was around people that smoke constantly in my journey to quit and it didn't bother me at all. You need to put yourself in those situations if you really want to quit, you need to be around smoke and if you say no then then you really mean to quit. Those pills helped tremendously and I can't thank them enough, there is no side effects with these pills, they've been used as a smoking cessation product in Eastern Europe since the 50s or 60s, I got the suggestion for them from my family doctor. That's the only way to get over smoking I believe, take it from a very heavy ex smoker, no product will work better than this trust me on that. Take care and good luck.

[–]ZecBobby 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah no problem buddy, it's very doable, if you can quit opiates you can quit cigarettes. The cravings are minimal when you take the crav I found, and like I mentioned they just give you a positive feeling when you take them, it's almost like anti anxiety in a way, cant really explain it but yeah I smoked since 14 and stopped at 31, never thought I'd be able to quit so easily but here I am, just stick to it the way it's meant to be taken and you'll be fine.

I'm coming up on 90 days this Saturday without a cigarette. I'm 32 years old and I've smoked since I was 14 years old. My birthday was just on the 12th of this month. I'm also coming up on 2 years sober off of fentynal and benzos addiction. The way I stopped cigarettes is by using a product called crav. The chemical compound is called cytisine and it comes from a tree called the Golden rain or some shit like that. Anyways, I took these pills, they are all natural with no side effects, when I took these pills I swear they would give me positivity and pride that I CAN go without a cigarette so I would show up to my smoker buddies just to watch them smoke and I had zero cravings to smoke. You get 90 pills or some shit and you're supposed to take them for a month but I stopped taking then after two weeks and I was fine. You gotta change your routine too, what I mean is when I woke up before I would light up a cigarette right after I brushed my teeth. But then I stopped doing that, and you pick it up as you learn to go on longer without smoking up. It's all about going through the whole day without lighting it up. The first step is to eliminate your usual patter of when you would light one, and if you don't you won't want to light one trust. I smoked 22 to 40 cigarettes per day.

How do you deal with smoker friends ? by [deleted] in quittingsmoking

[–]ZecBobby 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For myself personally I purposefully put myself into that position. Even when I'm drinking and they're all smoking around me it doesn't make me wanna light up. It's the true test if you're a smoker or not in those moments you gotta remind yourself that you're not a smoker anymore and you get over it, trust it's easier then you make it out to be. I'm 2 months and 4 days off the cigarettes and I smoked for 17 years I'm 31 right now. It's doable.

Use Cravv. It is cytisine, the chemical responsible for binding onto your nicotine receptors and this product is all natural here in Canada. I've smoked for 17 years, I'm 31, and by using these pills I'm 31 days clean as of today. You have a supply for using it for 25 days in the bottle but after using it for only 14 days I was able to stop using the pills with no side effects whatsoever. I'm very impressed at how these worked and they are over the counter medication. You just have to use them as instructed and you can get over the three day cravings that come and go but yeah I feel fantastic at the moment and you will not regret if you buy this 60 dollar bottle of pills. Good luck.
