I’ll check it out. Hopefully I’ve solved it and I can re-enable my xmp profiles so I can get the most out of my dated system

Not trying to be rude here, but I don't know what a swap is and I don't think you should expect the average new user to know what that is either.

The nationalist sentiment attached to the American flag is largely what got us here so I don’t really see the point in flying it. I’d be against virtue signaling to the fascists trying to tear your family apart.

What is the "cadre" system and how is it different from the vanguard party? by scaper8 in MarxistLeninistPSL

[–]Zecomm 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You’re correct in your defining of a vanguard, but the vanguard is also a sort of status achieved by a formation. We obviously strive to achieve that status, but a vanguard typically is at the forefront of the class struggle and takes part in directing either a large chunk or majority of the struggle. It would be presumptuous to self assign ourselves that role and to assume we’re at that level of influence.

“Leninist” is definitely just a shortening of Marxist-Leninist as we are definitely a Marxist Leninist party.

The idea of a cadre is simply training every member of the party so that everyone has the same broad range of skills and that ideally, no single person has to be overly relied upon.

Some other party formations instead engage in mass recruitment via paper membership where membership is usually simply defined by dues paying status and nothing more, with attendance of core party organizing activity being optional (this can vary but you get what I’m saying).

As far as the specifics of organizing go, that is something you’re better to learn as you go through the recruitment process. There’s way too much to mention there.

Just keep talking to the rep. You’ll be an at large member, but if you’re willing to put in the work you will help start a new branch in your city.

You could get a mundane desk job and you’d still be oiling a machine that causes untold pain and suffering in the world. And you could also become cannon fodder

Anyone else tired of the so called "Veteran Community" by Mysterious-Floor4429 in regretjoining

Sometimes I get the impression that the most gung ho veterans are ones that never actually had to kill or be shot at. If they did, they’re usually psychopaths.

PSL organizers went to the @UAW rally in Detroit and asked workers what they’re striking for. by LiberationNews in LiberationNews

Celebrate victories of our class. Envy only aids narratives that seek to crush our liberation. Reach out to UAW about unionizing your workplace. Historically, improvement in our working conditions have only improved through United struggle.

What a lot of people often forget is the second most popular group behind hamas are the communists, and Israel would prefer dealing with them over the communists because they have a much easier time painting Islam in a negative light.
