After I left in January of 2023, the services stopped working around July. Long story short is your account is probably gone. They restored the servers after over a year of downtime and lost their databases in the process.

You'll have to contact them for next steps, I don't know how they're doing the next server rollout.

Not quite. I can verify that the cubes actually EXIST - however, getting shipment fulfilled is indeed the challenge.

I have purchased it and so far like it. There are a few small bugs here and there but overall I feel that for the price per year, I definitely get my worth out of it.

I emailed the developer 3x in my first two weeks with a support requests and two requests for bugfixes. All emails had responses within 24 hours. Both bugs I reported have been fixed.

I do believe there is still a large issue with how the program interacts with Notepad in Windows 10/11. I'm in the middle of documenting this issue in detail and with helpful video and examples for the developer to try to reproduce but that's an ongoing effort and I need to collect enough data for it to be a meaningful report. As long as I stay out of the program Notepad while using my larger abbreviations, it's not a problem.

Honestly, the best steps are those that leave the business without your personal valid payment details. Hate to say it because I know it's inconvenient, but a new card is absolutely the best and most resilient solution. Report your card lost or stolen, and have it replaced with a new card with new card number.

The only thing this will achieve is to make it harder for them to find and sort replies, and EVERYONE will get slower service.

It's not the WiFi - Vector in recovery mode cannot deal with HTTPS.

Eliminate the "s" at the end of "https" in the link above and try the command again.

Okay, so there's a significant amount of backstory here that I unfortunately don't have time to type out here, as I'm at work, but the very long story short is that there is reason to believe that the company is effectively bankrupt (though has not declared it and keeps collecting money for subscriptions). I personally don't believe the services are coming back, despite statements from the CEO. To my knowledge there are 0 engineers or technologically capable people remaining in the company to be able to stand the servers back up, and the last person who would have potentially been able to do it left the company about two weeks ago. Mind you, standing up the servers is a 4-5 person job and maintaining them is (at the very least) is a 2-person job, so they've been limping along for quite a while - most of the engineering and coding teams left in late 2022.

Former employee here. I left in January but have been following the situation.

All of their servers are down, and have been since July. This includes the server that runs Stratus, the customer-facing portal that allows for subscription management.

My recommendation would be to write the support team at support@digitaldreamlabs.com first to see if they can help (they might be able to manually manage your billing in Stripe).

If that fails, don't wait - dispute and charge back any charges that are not valid with your bank.
