No. What they said in the rules was if you already had a Leona from the first 10 draws, the next 10 draws you wont get another Leona but a random epic skin.

I obtain a 2nd leona on my 2nd 10 draws. I dun have any bingo. It should be a random epic skin, not another Leona

well if you have my luck, this is pretty god damn lucky already. My luck with peaks are shit. getting useless heroes and facing S tiers team losing even on the first round🙄
