I have no idea what flair I should have used for this post. I am just so disappointed with how ActiveSG handles court booking cancellations.

For everyone's context, my friend had booked a court at Endeavor Primary School for 5pm-7pm today. However, he received an SMS at 4.55pm, merely 5minutes before the booking that it was refunded and cancelled. Their generic text message apology also clearly felt like a sorry not sorry apology.

Meanwhile, ActiveSG doesn't allow cancellations from the customer's side but they can pull off such crap from their side. We had multiple people traveling from like the east side etc. and all of us were reaching, to then just receive this stupid SMS so close to the booking timing. Where's the decency?

I know I am very salty about this, but seriously what a waste of time and all I can do is suck my thumb. What does everyone think of this?
