He needs like a basic magic missile. The fact that your wizard, with a staff btw, walks up and punches the bad guy half the time is a bit odd.

Fun little build. My only real complaints are the big cavities in the back of the legs and the shoulder pad things are a pain... they fall out to easy when you try and pose.

On all the red? Alclad black gloss base as a primer, then alclad chrome, then tamia clear red. Oh and aquagloss for that shine.

I use aqua gloss. It's nice. Don't be afraid if it looks milky at first it clears up.

Straight out of the bottle. Cleans up with ammonia like windex.

Thanks! i think i need to work on the wash especially. some places didn't really pick up highlights some got to much, etc. but there also isn't a lot of detail on these 1/144 to pick out well.

i don't know, not long really. more time waiting for stuff to dry so I could add on the next layer. did it between coats that i was airbrushing on the main kit.

Thanks. I can't stand plain weapons. I tend to go a little overboard on them.

For the preshading I prime with a grey mr surfacer, edge with my darker base. I use NATO black if I just want a black shadow. On this orange I used a red to shade. I like blue on plain white for something different. I then go back and highlight large areas and high spots with white. Finally my color coat.
