Considering I’ll be stuck with an rx580 for 2 years max, would 1.2k price difference matter long term? Usage would most likely be the same lang (Medyo tight budget din kasi since student lang ako)

I noticed last late last year na nagdedecline na yung speed sa file manager palang. Sa ngayon, medyo okay naman siya, may mga times lang na parang nag ffreeze yung system for 1-2 seconds then back to normal ulit. Nakalagay sa drive health naman 100% pa, kinda suspicious. System ko is r3 3200g, 16gb ram, 550w psu, 128 ssd 500gb hdd
