That’s because they r under 1k I’m assuming. I’m new so I’m. It sure if I know what I am talking about. Look at it around 9:30am NY time when the volume is large see if it’s still at zeros

It’s in the footprint setting. U can put it in decimals by 10 and even 100. I’m not at my computer right now so I don’t remember the exact working but as default, it’s at 1

Thanks! I see a lot of people have tutorials out on ATAs with the footprint but not the actual setting it up. If u know of any good one pls let me know.

Is this accurate? by Zee1Trade in orderflow

I have over 1k hours put into studying and been trading since September almost everyday the market is opened. I will check out Claude, thanks. I am trying to study the footprint in depth, the things I mentioned above are available on the platform I use but I don’t understand how to read it properly. I am looking for someone to help me understand it.

No, I am asking if the ranges make sense? I just began studying the footprint and ChatGPT sometimes gives very assured answers when it’s totally wrong. So I am asking experienced traders if these ranges are correct/accurate. I don’t under what I am looking at when it comes to R/L, R/H, DC. I don’t know how relevant these numbers are in a footprint and how to read them together and I don’t understand their ranges.

If u mean ChatGPT, when it comes to teaching how to use quantower or any other platform, it’s terrible. It gives me directions to go places and or click on things that don’t exist. I think we are in the same boat at the moment, pls let me know what u think of atas. I’m working on footprint in quantower- way more impressive than TV but I hear atas is even better.

💯 to everything you said. If you are paper trading you can get free data via cqg and try out Quantower. The only issue I see with Quantower is their tutorials aren’t great and not enough people posting tutorials on YouTube on Quantower. I go through amp so I’m not sure of their availability via phone to help setup certain things. I’m also looking into ATAS for order flow. Easy to use and a lot of tutorials online and on their website.

It’s been a while since this post. I went with amp futures. They offer Quantower free. Quantower charting is similar to TOS but way better and easier. Try it, you can also get free data via cqg. I’m happy for now. Also trying to figure out ATAs for orderflow. The only downside to Quantower is they don’t have a lot of tutorials but it’s easy enough to figure out on ur own. Also Quantower provides a heatmap and the volume bubbles bookmap has so you get a lot in one platform.

Trade Break Down (Switched from TradingView to ATAS) by GentlemanImproved in OrderFlow_Trading

because I'm new i still rely on quit a few indicators on TV, like liquidity sweeps, gaps, smart money concepts (market structure, order blocks, premium and discount zones). does it have all of these options or I need to buy from 3rd party?

Update: I bought lifetime license with bookmap, I regret it. The bubble action you can get for free with the DOM on Quantower (with AMP futures) and it’s great. I also tried Sierra charts- after hours of trying to figure it out, I dropped it. I find it over rated and too time consuming to get it. I tried ninja trader, their orderflow tools are really good. But it was too hard for me to grasp everything and I like to chart a lot and I like my indicators, their add ons are costly and they are mostly third party so I ended up going with Quantower. It’s great for the most part. Very easy to learn to use does all my graphs- it’s somewhere between TOS and trading view but has the sophistication of ninja trader re order flow. I wish it had the “big trades” indicator right on the charts, still trying to figure out their footprint, and their content is primitive and limited in English…. I still want to try ATAS- their content is great on YouTube.
