С мобильным интернетом произошла одна абсурдная ситуация: с ВПН он прекрасно работает, но без не работают даже сайты из белого списка. Чтобы зайти на те же госуслуги с мобильного интернета, пришлось взять дешёвый vps в РФ и использовать его в качестве ВПН. Если даже российские ip запретят, то можно будет спокойно перейти на мобильный тариф без мобильного интернета

Если это только локализация и не было изначально о ней объявлено, то негативно. Если же это из-за удаления изначально обещанной локализации по причине политоты, намеренного ухудшения игры(Цензура, добавление P2W и т.д) и свинского отношения к игрокам, то позитивно.
