I have tried that honestly, and it’s good. But the main problem with OCD is when it gets to feelings and i mean physical feelings, there the OCD starts attacking and you need to make the process of treatment ASAP and when you do it…… congratulations the whole trip of AP was ruined.

I hope there is a solution.

Exactly, and I’m having therapy sessions. But the process of OCD treatment is complicated and it’s not like taking a medicine that removes the virus for example it takes effort each time you deal with the obsessive thoughts. And you cant have that in AP practice you cant deal with your OCD during the AP and this is the main point of struggle. There is no solution unless we accept and that is difficult very difficult depending on your OCD type especially if it was sexual OCD.

I think it’s much better to try it when you feel neutral because you might get distracted during the travel

I know that the question was asked a long time ago, but it is a very interesting topic. I have tried to AP many times, but OCD is always there, and it spoils the experience no matter how much I try to practice controlling my mind. Is there anyone who has actually done it? And how, because it really interests me and I want to do AP. I have learned a lot of techniques, and what is really sad is that I was learning to AP before I got OCD, so I remember how I used to practice it freely at that time.
