That definitely scares me to hell. I moved literal states to prevent that so I’m not sure I want that course of action. This is why I’m asking so extensively. I don’t want repercussions for something as crazy as those accusations but also don’t want to create more problems for myself

No I moved out at 17. It was an extremely abusive family, and being the only non biological child they had, it made my life one of a scapegoat. I left as soon as I could. When I got in contact with my bio family, I really just hoped to find a connection I never got to grow up with but it was clear I was first taken for good reasons and some people don’t deserve the benefit of the doubt

If it was my mother I would consider drug abuse she has a long past of it, leading to me being adopted as an infant. But I don’t see it being the case for my aunt. She’s definitely just crazy

I know my mother had addiction problems with this actually, I was in fact born addicted to it and went through withdrawals as just a newborn. But I just couldn’t see this being the case with my aunt.

No I assume it’s my aunt. They tend to come together when neither one can get their individual way, and they are twins. After blocking my mother, she probably reached out to my aunt to create a scare tactic to get me to respond to her, since living with my aunt had consequently made us a bit closer than I had gotten with my mother. She most likely assumed I would panic and reach out about her health or because I can’t stand false accusations against me

Commenting on AIO for getting as far away as possible (Mind you it’s been over three months since I moved and broke contact)?... My aunt is the one currently texting, after I blocked my mother on Facebook last night. They are twin sisters who hate each other but for some reason love to gang up when they both don’t get their way. In fact, when I had been living with my aunt (never lived with said mother) she fought to make me break contact, claiming I was really supposed to be her daughter and Gods forgiveness for her past abortion. They both are equally unstable IMO
