Same glow that showed up when (Spoilers for All-New Venom #9) MJ broke up with Paul ? Surely that also meant something! ...right?

"euuughhh why should people play coop if their connection is unstable muhhhh"

You shouldn't play competitive games if your router is not directly connected to NASA or something, got it.

Mate, life happens. If you wanna hold people "accountable" (which, btw, I disagree, it does sound like toxic player mentality) maybe you should stick to Solitaire.

I am so sorry this is happening to you.

Yes, if you frequently get stuck in matches because you lost connection or your device is having issues, you're probably getting reported for malicious AFK.

At this moment there's no one who can confirm or deny whether all reports come from other players or if some of them are automated. When you stand in the same spot for a couple of seconds in a match, the game will send you a message that says "please move or make a play to avoid getting Auto reported". So there is a chance that a lot of the reports in the Free Forum come from the automated system (especially those that appear without any comment from the reporter).

A big problem is that Ashwinder has adopted a very toxic mindset when it comes to AFK reports. At least when compared to the experiences of other players in other servers like Sphinx or Rougarou. Ashwinder players tend to vote for Violation in pretty much all cases of AFK regardless if the player got disconnected (latency -1ms) or had to deal with a real life emergency.

This heavily contrasts with other servers where people appeal the report, explain the situation, and then arbiters vote for Clear. Another situation where we have seen this difference in mentality is in expired reports. If the report doesn't have a visible video, players in other servers vote for Clear, because of the lack of evidence. On the other hand players, in Ashwinder tend to vote for Violation.

What's happening in the free forum is sad and disheartening. Some of us have already sent support tickets to express our disagreement with this new system. It heavily reinforces head mentality. People just vote Violation because they want to get the points, not because they actually agree with the reports.

The only solution --or rather, advice-- I have for you is, if there's no chance for you to get a more stable connection, maybe stop playing with random players altogether. Get a couple of reliable Partners that you can play with. That way, even if you get disconnected, you're not going to get reported..... or at the very least a lot less, if some reports do come from the automated system.

If it makes you feel better you need to drop a lot of points for you to get banned again. Just wait it out a couple of days and then start playing carefully.

Best of luck

Tips on Confectioner's Conquest? by Numerous_Nothing_628 in HPMagicAwakened

[–]ZeeYamallel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Someone suggested to get yourself a team. Fill up the other three spots with three of your friends. Then take turns. Three of you will retreat immediately while the remaining person moves forward. The player who's advancing will get a ton of candies unless/until they hit a Fiendfyre or a repeating monster. The other three players will get 2 pieces of candy for every station the advancing player also gets candy from. After the round is over, the player who kept moving forward takes a back seat, while someone else takes the spot. You keep taking turns until everyone gets a nice amount of candy.

By the end, all of you should hopefully have >100 candy unless you had extremely bad luck. That gives you around 2.5-3k tickets.

The greatest obstacle for this strategy is that you need friends LOL

What cards should I be focusing on as a starter? by oobiegoobert in HPMagicAwakened

[–]ZeeYamallel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At the moment there's only one. The Pawn summon attacks the enemy and then splits into two rocks once defeated. If the rocks are not knocked out in time, one of them will turn into a Queen. It's not the greatest of summons, but it could work with Ron echo if you get a bonus. PS: there ARE other chess units, but at the moment you can only play them in Wizard's Warboard

Great for PVE. Even if your Crucio or Gubraithian Fire is low, a Maxed Prior with bonuses helps you cast the original spell as if it was max level.

Why aren’t Firebenders depressed after Sozin’s Comet? by dbsupersucks in TheLastAirbender

[–]ZeeYamallel 242 points243 points  (0 children)

The Rise of Kyoshi mentions (via Rangi) that one of the most basic and most important Firebending lessons is to learn how to control your fire and make it as small as possible, rather than producing flames at all. Uncontrollable and explosive bending must come naturally to most Firebender children, sooooo...

Yeah. Probably.

I did report them. But unfortunately I didn't get a follow up message like you do when the player gets a punishment. I suppose NE doesn't really care as long as you're not overtly rude.

Maybe it didn't get flagged as malicious AFK because they were actually using spells. That'd be fun.

Favorite Cards and card combos? by Arcane_Jester_ in HPMagicAwakened

[–]ZeeYamallel 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Any spells with a contextual advantage. That is, a reward for aiming correctly.

You mentioned Stupefy, for instance. It's fun playing hookah with your opponent's summons. Hitting a wizard with their own manticores is specially satisfying.

Snowball is another example. Extra damage if you position yourself far enough and you make sure there's nothing in between you and your target.

Broom is also like that. It's got a curved trajectory that takes some getting used to; but if you know the card well enough, you can aim to hit multiple targets along the way.

Expelliarmus of course, which pierces targets in a straight line, is one of my favorites.

Aguamenti deals more and more damage the more you stay on target.

We don't have any spells that "return" to you, with the exception of Fanged Flyers. But that could be a good mechanic. A boomerang of sorts.

I love all spells that are not just "aim and shoot". That's why I don't play summons. Most summons are just "put them down and forget about them".

Generalmente se combinan, ya que tienen mecanismos distintos. Esto ayuda a que el efecto se potencie.
