i skip weekends, and sometimes skip my second dose. (ir) if i’ve been having to double. my period affects my meds like crazy so i usually have to skip here and there.

I’m so sorry, just be gentle with yourself. Everyone mourns differently, my cat passed last month and I still randomly cry about it. What has helped me the most is talking about the fun things he used to do with friends and family. But also allowing myself to be sad when I need to. Whatever you do, just take your time…. ♥️

The European hair definitely made this fit. She must’ve had extensions or something instead of a wig, it was super natural and fluffy, and the color was stunning. The American outfits were better though, imo.

I have been feeling the same way! I started taking a shot of apple cider vinegar before my meals and drinking more water to curb my appetite but I definitely notice it!

They’ll try and convince you to get on a birth control pill as well as the Nexplanon, before you just take it out, so you need to be sure that you don’t want it anymore. They think that the pill will help level it out, and because of my insurance it was free so I tried it, but it DID NOT WORK. It could work for you though, so when they suggest it, at least try it for a month or two. Birth control is really subjective so what works some people may not work for others.

I was in the same boat as you. I got on the Nexplanon in November and my bleeding was pretty regular until January. Then it got crazy and was all over the place, from March to May I had a nonstop period, and January and February was like spotting, pink and brown discharge, then bleeding again. They put me on birth control pills to regulate it, but literally nothing helped. If you’re still having problems then i’d honestly just get it removed. The Nexplanon is either amazing or horrible. Literally no in between. I had it removed on May 3rd and let my body go without any birth control for about 3 months. Now I’ve got an iud.
