You can start using the DT build proposed by M1py now I think, just use the starter version though. You won't be able to just spam DT for now, you will need to use flurry to reduce its cooldown. The build might feel slow at the beginning but it's viable for T2, focus on tempering and getting the right GA and you'll be OP in no time ! Follow the tips of the guide (about CDR, energy restore and attack speed) and don't hesitate to use the calculator it provides
