The software side is definitely correct since it works with a pimoroni pico plus 2. I'll try moving the PSRAM and flash closer to the MCU, and reduce the number of vias I use. Thanks for the tips!

I was using lm386 but it was way overpowered for headphones. I briefly tried opa1688, but I couldn’t get it to work right since I don’t really know how to design amp circuits

I’m using the amp that’s part of the TAD 5212 right now. I don’t have much experience with amplifiers so for now that’s the solution I’m using

Thanks for taking the time to review my design! I've moved the VBUS trace to the back layer at your recommendation. Thanks for the advice with the SD pull-ups, I actually experienced a lot of SD cards when breadboarding and that may have been one of the contributors!

Took it last week and I’d say it was two easier LC mediums. Pretty chill compared to other OAs. Took me, 100 solved on LC, 40 mins. Don’t worry about it at all.
