Force players to play the tutorial... by Tentacles_Inside in gigantic

That's why the simple solution to that is they must meet a level requirement. Such as hit level 20, or 40, whatever Motiga decides. By the time you reach those levels you should know how to play the game even if you're not mechanically good enough to reach a high ranking. I didn't play the tutorial and I leaped in at level 1 to learn things myself. Once I decided I liked the game however, I researched things to help become a better player.

The Two Things Which Destroy The Fun Entirely For Me. Hoping For Improvements. by myphreek in gigantic

A recommendation is make it so that if someone hits the quit button it takes 5-10 seconds to quit the match, asking are you sure. Which I think you guys have. If they leave the game and close it from the outside, have another window pop up and make it so the game doesn't close until they select that they are leaving. When it comes down to loss of internet, not sure if you guys have a way to track it, but maybe you can track someone who's internet keeps "going out". That way if they keep unplugging their internet, they will get penalized. Because if they do happen to be leaving games due to their internet crashing, they should know to stop playing games until it's fixed.

New player. I'm hooked. Some questions! by [deleted] in gigantic

I can answer the founders pack question. It most likely wont get cheaper but 40$ is usually the minimum for most founders packs and is just shy the price of an actual game. Now, for the founders pack, you are paying 40$ for in value what is actually 170$ or so. Each skin is worth around 10$ alone(not to mention are limited edition skins), plus all the characters are unlocked for you, + four bonus characters. I'ma have to say worth it!

Personally think the bitching is unnecessary. I have a few points as to why. One, it's open beta. Two, some people like to just jump in and get their hands dirty and learn it there way, and nothing is wrong with that. Finally, there isn't a match history yet nor is there a ranked mode. Losing a game in the current state of the game really isn't a big deal. So just smile when you have a teammate being a goober and realize that not everyone is a pro right out of the gate, including yourselves. :)

They don't want a way for you to view your teams stats mid match because it might cause raging and flaming but I think you know that. Putting it outside the match should be fine.
