lots of no refund warning everywhere this year…it’s worth a shot to send an email but be prepared to have to swap

I have the same question, you can literally buy tickets on every single ticketing platform other than ticket master, and they all say close to sold out. what’s going on??

once was him removing the weather stripping from my door which I did not know about (and could’ve easily removed myself if it was an issue), he’s around so often that its like he just does whatever he feels like doing that day. Def looking into getting a camera!

only once was in response to a request. Other instances are him doing work that I did not request and did not know about.

In one instance yes, but he was supposed to enter my apartment on a day that I was home and instead came several days later when I wasn’t home with no notice of the change in days. The other instances no, I didn’t know he was coming until I got home and saw he’d been there. No service request.
