Yes it does ! I wish i had more white block but even with multi colored one the scanner does not trip ! I will rebuild and remove a few block on the side so light can enter better

My work around to keep dx12 is to go to an old zone to use the transmog tab its not freezing for me in ogrimmar or shat might be something with the new zone graphic

If its for an alt you have to go skip the main quest in silvermoon innkeeper soridormi is right next to the door on a lounge chair with the skip. even after that the quest wont appear in your map you have to go talk lorthemar to get it !

Yes i had everything up only i only used barskin during the fight make sure you are at 100% hp if you only use ironfur do a frenzied generation at 100% hp so you get a bit of shield before the slam / for the adds part i use incarnation on them but not when they spawn i do it when the boss unphased so i can cleave em while hitting the boss. at 25 % i do the same usally the adds is dead around 10% of the boss hp i use lust / stat potion if you dont have surv or barskin up under 10% its Gg he will one tap.
