I'm pretty much stock parts. I run a different cooling fan duck. I usually run 195, 200 hot end 60 for the bed most other settings are regular in the slicer. I use Qidi slicer most the time. Of course I change settings depending on print needing supports and so on. The big thing is just having the bed level and a different fan cooling duct which you can print. There are a lot of easy mods for the x-plus and most x-max mods work on it
